Terms & Conditions

By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing the Nustrive Learning Management System (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

You may register an account only if you provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. Registration using fictional, disposable, placeholder, or otherwise invalid email addresses (for example “abcd@test”) to circumvent verification is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

You must be at least 16 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to register an account.

Your account is for your individual use only. Sharing, transferring, lending, selling, or otherwise allowing any other person (whether a Nustrive student or not) to access your account is strictly prohibited.

Any account found to be shared will be suspended or permanently banned without refund. Nustrive reserves the right to detect shared access through session, device, and IP telemetry.

Scraping, crawling, indexing, harvesting, or extracting any data, content, questions, videos, or materials from the Platform by any means (manual or automated) is strictly prohibited.

• Use of bots, scripts, headless browsers, browser automation tools (including but not limited to Selenium, Puppeteer, Playwright, or similar), scraping libraries, or any automated means to access or collect Platform content is forbidden.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, intercepting, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code, internal APIs, or underlying structure of the Platform is forbidden.
• Circumventing, disabling, or tampering with any technical protection measure (including copy protection, watermarking, anti-debugging, or challenge scripts) violates these Terms and applicable law.

Any individual or entity found engaging in scraping or automated extraction of Platform content may be liable to civil and criminal proceedings, including claims for copyright infringement, breach of contract, and damages. Nustrive reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including fines and lawsuits.

All content on the Platform—including but not limited to text, question banks, videos, images, audio, software code, logos, designs, course structures, and documentation—is the exclusive intellectual property of Nustrive and/or its licensors, and is protected by Pakistani and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from Nustrive.

Limited personal-use downloads of materials explicitly provided to you by the Platform are permitted solely for your own non-commercial study. Redistribution of any such material in any form is prohibited.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose, including cheating on assessments or impersonating another user.
• Upload, post, or transmit any malware, viruses, or malicious code.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Platform’s servers, networks, or APIs, including denial-of-service activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other accounts, or backend systems.
• Use the Platform to develop, train, or improve any competing product, AI model, or dataset without written permission.
• Bypass, tamper with, or disable any access control, rate limit, or anti-abuse mechanism, including the use of developer tools for the purpose of extracting protected content.

Opening browser developer tools, debuggers, or similar inspection utilities with the intent to extract, copy, intercept, or otherwise access protected Platform content is prohibited.

Right-clicking, inspecting network requests, modifying DOM, injecting scripts, or hooking internal functions to obtain Platform content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension and legal action.

Where the Platform offers paid courses or subscriptions, fees are disclosed at the time of purchase. Fees paid are non-refundable except where explicitly stated in writing or required by applicable law.

Accounts terminated for violation of these Terms forfeit any right to a refund of fees already paid.

Nustrive may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, if it believes in good faith that you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms end immediately, and you must cease all use of the Platform and destroy any downloaded content in your possession.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Nustrive makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or its content.

Nustrive does not guarantee any specific result on any examination. Study materials are provided for educational purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nustrive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

Nustrive’s total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Nustrive in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, store, and process your personal information. By using the Platform you consent to the practices described therein.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

Nustrive may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page with the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Material changes (for example, new restrictions on use or new fee structures) will be communicated to active users via email or in-product notice where reasonably possible.
